Tuna and hard-boiled egg pate

This pate is easy to prepare and very versatile, it�s perfect for sandwich filling or canapes.

Tuna and hard-boiled egg pate

Ingredients

2 small tuna cans, (100 g drained)
1 hard-boiled egg
Black pepper to taste



Directions

Mix in a food processor the hard-boiled egg and the tuna till smooth and pasty. Add freshly ground black pepper to taste.

The main ingredients are crushed Marie biscuits and chunks of chocolate; I think it is a good combination, isn�t it?  For this cake I�ve used an 8 inch silicone mold, the cake is small but enough for 4-6 people.
