Saut�ed chicken with mushrooms and vegetables

Ingredients (4 servings)
400 g chicken breast, diced
350 g broccoli
150 g carrot
300 g cabbage
250 g mushrooms cultivated
3 medium cloves of garlic
Soy sauce to taste (we put 6 tablespoons)
Black pepper
A pinch of salt
Extra virgin olive oil or sesame oil
Directions
Bring to boil a large pot with water. When water is boiling add the broccoli, the cabbage, and sliced ??carrots; cook about 5 minutes, with the pot uncovered. Drain and freshen with cold water. Cut the cabbage into strips and broccoli florets into small pieces bite size. Set aside.
Put in a wok or a pan a good splash of extra virgin olive oil or sesame oil.
Stir fry the minced garlic and when is golden add the chicken breast and a pinch of salt (be careful, later we're adding soy sauce and this is salty).
When the chicken is almost done add the mushrooms, saut� a few minutes and then add the vegetables (broccoli florets, carrot and cabbage).
Saut� a few minutes, add ground black pepper and soy sauce to taste, stir well and enjoy!
