Vegetarian spinach and cheese lasagna

Receta en espa�ol aqu� This is a delicious meatless lasagna, easy to prepare and perfect as main dish. The combination of spinach, tomato sauce and cheese is simply irresistible. Vegetarian spinach and cheese lasagna Ingredients (4 servings)    Baking dish 30x21 cm No-boil lasagna noodles, the number depends on the size of the baking dish, I've put 12 300 g fresh spinach, chopped 200 g grated cheese Tomato sauce 700 g ripe tomatoes 1 medium onion � green Italian pepper 2 cloves of garlic Salt, basil, oregano and black pepper to taste Extra virgin olive oil Olive oil b�chamel sauce 300 ml of whole milk 20 g wheat flour 20 g extra virgin olive oil Nutmeg, black pepper and salt to taste Directions First of all boil the spinach and set aside: Place spinach in a pot with boiling water and let sit for 5 minutes. Easy Spanish quesada

 Receta en espa�ol aqu� This is an easy and delicious dessert I've prepared for my boyfriend's birthday. Ingredients (Glass baking dish 30x21 cm) 150 g wheat flour 250 g white sugar 1 plain Greek yogurt 100 g unsalted butter, melted and warm 2 large eggs 500 ml whole milk Zest of one lemon, yellow part only 1 pinch of salt 1 tsp cinnamon Directions Heat the oven to 400�F (200�C) . Grease a glass baking dish. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and beat together with a handheld mixer. Pour the batter into the greased dish and bake at  350 �F (180�C) for between 35 and 45 minutes. The quesada is ready when is browned and   a knife comes out clean, the center should not jiggle. Let it cool and enjoy!

Sevillian �serranito� - Serranito sevillano recipe

Receta en espa�ol aqu� Serranito is a sandwich quite popular here in Seville (Andalousia, Spain) and very typical in bars. Ingredients (1 person) 1 small baguette Grilled pork loin steaks (there is also a chicken version) Serrano ham or Spanish ham (Prosciutto) Some slices of tomato Italian fried green peppers Mayonnaise or mojo pic�n (sauce from Canary Islands) Directions Fry the peppers. Grill the steaks  Fill the baguette with Spanish ham (dry-cured ham) , tomato slices, fried pepper, the grilled steaks and a little of mayonnaise. And enjoy! Serve with French fries or potato chips.

Cream of leeks or Vichyssoise

Receta en espa�ol aqu� This is a recipe from my mother, she learned from an old neighbor, and it is perfect for these winter days when it is cold outside. Cream of leeks or Vichyssoise Ingredients (6 servings) 1 kg of clean leeks (2 bunches) 450 g potatoes 1 medium onion Salt and black pepper to taste 1 Natural unsweetened Greek yogurt 25 g butter A good splash of extra virgin olive oil � teaspoon grated lemon zest Garnishing Croutons   Diced Spanish ham (prosciutto) Finely chopped mint Cayenne  pepper to taste Directions Slice the leeks and chop the onion. Peel and cut potatoes into chunks. Set aside. In a pot, add a good splash of extra virgin olive oil, stir fry onion over m�dium heat and when it is golden add the leeks. When leeks begin to be transparent add the potatoes and stir. Add salt to taste. After a few minutes add water to cover the vegetables and potatoes, cover the pot and let it simmer over low heat until potatoes are tender. Then remove from the heat and add ...
