Chocolate covered banana cake

Receta en espa�ol aqu� This is one of our favorite cakes, moist and simple with an intense banana flavor and covered with a chocolate ganache. Ingredients 180 g brown sugar 125 ml plain unsweetened Greek yogurt (� cup) 2 large eggs 125 ml olive oil or another vegetable oil (� cup) 2 teaspoon vanilla extract 175 g All-purpose flour (1 � cups) 1- � teaspoon baking powder � teaspoon baking soda � teaspoon salt 2 mashed ripe bananas (250 g) Ganache and decoration 150 ml heavy whipping cream (35% butterfat content) 120 g chocolate 70% cocoa, chopped 1 chocolate bar Caramel sauce Directions Preheat oven to 350 �F (180 �C).
