Chocolate covered banana cake

Receta en espa�ol aqu�   This is one of our favorite cakes, moist and simple  with an intense banana flavor and covered with a chocolate ganache. Ingredients 180 g brown sugar 125 ml plain unsweetened Greek yogurt (� cup) 2 large eggs 125 ml olive oil or another vegetable oil (� cup) 2 teaspoon vanilla extract 175 g All-purpose flour (1 � cups) 1- � teaspoon baking powder � teaspoon baking soda � teaspoon salt 2 mashed ripe bananas (250 g) Ganache and decoration 150 ml heavy whipping cream (35% butterfat content) 120 g chocolate 70% cocoa, chopped 1 chocolate bar Caramel sauce Directions Preheat oven to 350 �F (180 �C). Grease a 9 inches pan (22 cms) and set aside. In a bowl mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In another large bowl beat eggs. Chicken and mushroom puff pastry pie

Receta en espa�ol aqu� A delicious and easy recipe with a creamy filling tucked into a crispy and crackling crust. Ingredients 4-6 people Two sheets puff pastry 500 g skinless chicken breast, diced,  or  if you prefer chicken thighs. 450 g assorted mushrooms 1 large onion 1 medium leek 200 ml cream 4 or 5 slices of Serrano ham Havarti cheese, 6 slices Ground black pepper and salt to taste Extra virgin olive oil 1 egg, beaten to brush the pie Directions Dice the chicken breast Chop onion and leek Pour in a skillet a dash of olive oil. Add the onion and leek and stir fry until are golden. Then add the diced chicken and season to taste with salt and pepper. When chicken is golden brown in the same skillet stir fry now the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes.  Pour the cream, it keeps the filling moist, and when it thickens remove from the heat. Let it cool. Cream of mushroom soup

Receta en espa�ol aqu� Fall is here to stay and it�s time to begin with the vegetable cream soups. Today�s recipe is one of my favorites and it�s very easy  and quick to make so you don�t have excuses... I think this delightful start is a good way to eat mushrooms. Ingredients 4 people 400 g sliced ??mushrooms 400 g diced potatoes 250 g chopped leek 300 ml milk 100 ml evaporated milk or cream  200 ml water Salt and pepper to taste Extra virgin olive oil Directions Peel the potatoes and cut into dices. Wash the leeks; remove the root end and the green portion of the leaves. Chop into small segments. Clean mushrooms with a kitchen towel or brush, or rinsing them quickly under running water. Cut into slices. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat and cook leeks until golden, then add mushrooms and stir well to saut�. Set aside some to decorate later the soup.
